3. Cancellations: Event orders require a 7-day notice for cancellations. After that, a 50% cancellation fee applies. Standard orders can only be canceled before shipping.
4. Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and delivery times may vary. Queen's Sweet Gems is not liable for third-party shipping delays.
5. Event & Custom Orders: A 50% deposit is required upfront. Changes must be made at least 5 days before the event. Cancellations made after 7 days are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property: All content on our website is the property of Queen's Sweet Gems and cannot be used without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect damages; our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.
